A group of reserachers and family tasted typical Basque products of this Season in an evening meal, such as “Talo” and “Sarteneko” (chorizo, fried eggs, bacon, morcilla-blood sausage). Moreover, they visited the Mythology Park IZENADUBA where Olentzero’s House is. (Basque Mythology Character who brings presents to the children at Christmas). In this park they met mythology characters such as Olentzero and Galtzagorris, Tartalo or Basajaun. We also saw Landetxo, the eldest Basque House (caserío) in the Basque Country which shows the oak architecture of the 16th Century. (14/12/2013)
