To attain this end, we have implemented the Bizkaia Erakusten project (Mostrando Bizkaia/Showing & Knowing Bizkaia), a tour for professionals that shows the region’s scientific, technological and business opportunities, plus the offerings as a place to live and have fun in.
The central purpose of this initiative is to turn Bizkaia into a destination of choice among professionals and researchers in strategic areas for the development of the Historical Territory who are interested in working in Bizkaia or carrying out projects with companies based here. To reach our goal, we can adapt our proposals to the needs of the organisations hiring or working with this type of professionals.
To design Bizkaia Erakusten, we chose an open, flexible format that can be managed individually or in groups with a high number of companies, projects and industries in Bizkaia, a territory that welcomes talent.
An assessment of the strategic sectors in the industrial and economic fabric of Bizkaia –aeronautics, energy, automobile, bioscience, etc. – revealed that all of them have the potential to get Bizkaia Erakusten services. We facilitate identification and recruitment of talent to organisations and projects in the Historical Territory of Bizkaia.
Bizkaia Erakusten has three distinctive characteristics:
