bizkaia:talent conducts Research Studies and produces reports and papers with different organisations on the demand for and mobility of highly qualified professionals. We also need to know the value added by human capital to research and innovation development in Bizkaia and the Basque Country at large, the level of satisfaction and degree of integration of highly qualified people in the personal and professional spheres, the relevance of learning and university studies to the business world, and so on.
The aim is to draw conclusions which will help bizkaia:talent to develop actions and programmes in order to encourage talent and innovation in our Historical Territory, and sharing them with the organisations in our country to help them with talent management.
